1974 Suzuki TM125

STEP 1: The next project started is a 1974 Suzuki TM125. After stripping down and getting parts (many more needed yet) the project begins with the frame reassembly… Beautiful frame job.

This is what they are supposed to look like in 1974

I have had great luck with ebaymotors. I have found factory repair manuals for my 74 Suzuki TS100, my vintage 58 Triumph Tigercub and my 77 XR75. If there are any cycle recyclers in your area, I would look there too. Here in the Seattle area is Bent Bike and have found parts through them. Just a start. For plastics and seat, I believe DC Plastics have a kit for the 250/400 TMs. Maybe a Decal kit too. For smaller items, powersportspro.com has also saved me a few times. But I would call instead of purchasing online, the website is not completely accurate. Hope this helps. They are a fun bike to ride/race. Good luck.

    Scott
